Refund of training courses

The value of purchasing all training courses through the Diving Secrets Online Store is not refundable or exchangeable according to the following conditions

1- If the trainee is registered with PADI International.

2- In the event of training in any part of the training course.

3- In the event of health problems that appear on the trainee in confined or open water.

4- If the trainee violates the directives, regulations and laws.

5- If the training dates are scheduled and sent by the center.

Refund Diving Trip

The value of purchasing a subscription to a diving trip through the Diving Secrets Online Store is not refundable or exchangeable according to the following conditions

1- In the event of health problems that appear to the participant on the trip in confined or open waters.

2- In the event that the flight participant violates the directives, regulations and laws.

3- In case of cancellation request on the same day of the trip or 48 hours before the flight time

Refund Diving Equipment

The following conditions apply to recovering the value of equipment from the center:

Equipment must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was delivered.

1- Any diving equipment that has been used or arrived in an unoriginal condition will not be accepted for return.

2- The return period for diving equipment is 3 days from the date of receipt.

3- The customer bears the full shipping fee for returning the equipment.

4- The price of the equipment is returned in full or replaced, according to the customer's desire, after examining the equipment by the company or the shipping representative.

5- Neither the customer nor the buyer may request a refund in the following cases:

If the diving equipment was manufactured according to his request or according to the specifications he specified, except in the event of a defect or non-conformity with the specifications agreed upon.

If a defect appears in the diving equipment as a result of poor possession by the customer or the buyer.
